Whether you are working on a complex steel structure, modelling in Tekla Structures, preparing fabrication drawings, or detailing Joists & Decks, we value people who take ownership of their work and understand that quality is built into every detail.
What We Value
- Strong technical fundamentals in Structural Steel Engineering and Detailing
- Hands-on knowledge of Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, STAAD or related engineering tools
- Attention to detail in modelling, drawings, connections, BOMs and fabrication requirements
- A habit of checking your own work before submitting it for senior review
- Willingness to learn international standards such as AISC, SJI and NISD
- Problem-solving ability and sound engineering judgment
- Clear communication and teamwork
- Ownership and accountability for assigned projects and deadlines
